Quickly calculate the landed cost, both in local and reference currency. Sky DMS takes the FOB value of each vehicle and part and automatically prorates all the expenses related to the importation (freight, customs, taxes, handling, insurance, etc.) among each item being imported. This lets you correctly allocate costs so you can see the true margin of each product.
Autologica Sky DMS lets you check the status of each shipment so you can communicate arrival dates to customers and resellers. You can see locations (fiscal warehouses) and import authorization statuses. You can also see which customs agents are linked to each importation.
Set up an authorization process to improve control. When assembling the shipment, if the total amount exceeds a pre-established limit, approval from another sector (e.g. Finance) is required.
