Landed cost
Autologica calculates the landed cost of vehicles and parts by taking the FOB value and automatically distributing all import-related expenses (such as freight, customs, taxes, and insurance) among the items.
Shipping status
Autologica Sky DMS lets you check the status of each shipment so you can communicate arrival dates to customers and resellers. You can see locations (fiscal warehouses) and import authorization statuses. You can also see which customs agents are linked to each importation.
Shipping authorizations
Set up an authorization process to improve control. When assembling the shipment, if the total amount exceeds a pre-established limit, approval from another sector (e.g. Finance) is required.
Configurable processes
Each process can be configured to the dealership’s needs. This is done during the DMS implementation, and can later be modified by authorized users.
Dual currency accounting and invoicing
Each transaction in each department and at each location generates its corresponding journal entries, automatically and in real time. Accounting is dual currency. Includes features to manage exchange rate differences.
