Automatically suspend overdue customer accounts to prevent debt accumulation.
This Autologica Sky DMS feature allows you to set credit limits for each account type (sales, parts, services, etc.) to ensure customers do not exceed their credit when making purchases. Credit is consumed through account invoices and replenished as payments are made.
You can also define a credit cutoff for customers who fail to settle debts within a specific timeframe. For example, the dealership may offer a credit limit for one month. If the customer does not pay their outstanding balance by the end of that month, further credit purchases will be restricted.
