The Parts Order Suggestion feature allows dealerships to automate and optimize parts ordering using a variety of methods tailored to their specific needs. Fourteen different methods are available for order suggestions, each with unique characteristics. These methods can be configured to operate at a centralized level or by store, offering flexibility in inventory management.
There are simpler methods based on sales levels and the value of each part (two-axis matrix), as well as more complex and precise methods that not only combine price and sales levels but also factors like aging, purchase frequency, popularity, and more.
Many manufacturers have their own order suggestion methods, which in some cases include dealership bonuses. Autologica Sky DMS provides interfaces to send the necessary data for these calculations.
