Interfaces Between Autologica Sky DMS and GM

Autologica DMS provides multiple interfaces between the dealer management system and General Motors, in order to optimize and accelerate data exchange between the dealership and GM.

Parts Inventory

This interface communicates the dealership’s parts inventory to the GM.

Counter Parts Sales

This interface communicates the dealership’s counter parts sales to GM.

Service Orders

This interface communicates repair orders (ROs) from the dealership to GM. ROs must be reported from their initiation to invoicing.

Vehicle Inventory

This interface is used to communicate the dealership’s vehicle stock to the GM.

Vehicle Sales

This interface is used to report vehicle sales from the dealership to the factory. All vehicle sales receipts are reported (only GM factory receipts for new vehicles, and any brand for used vehicles).
